———————————————————————————-> Coming September 1, 2026
Juniper Rag Contemporary Art
at Studio 201, Crompton Building, 138 Green Street in the Canal District, Worcester
Juniper Rag/Atelier ID Global invites community investment, founding support and patron participation in the creation of a new cultural space. We have a small goal of $40K to support overhead and infrastructure, like creation of movable walls, lighting and signage.
Supporters can help us a number of ways.
Founding Patron Program
Our supporters become Founding Patrons who help establish a permanent home for artists, exhibitions, education, and creative exchange. Juniper Rag exists on shoestring margins and we would like to make our project more sustainable, so we can focus on our goals.
Benefits might include:
Recognition on a Founders Wall
Invitations to private events and previews
Early access to exhibitions and opportunities
Exclusive conversations with artists
Inclusion in our grand opening celebration
Community Investment Campaign
Help us build a new model for the arts. With resources we can impact more artists together.
Show how the space will:
Support emerging artists
Create educational opportunities
Bring cultural activity to Worcester
Foster collaborations
Connect local artists with global audiences
Host public programming and community events
Juniper Rag Gives Back
Our vision:
A percentage of profits supports artist grants, scholarships for workshop participation and exhibition inclusion for those who cannot afford submission fees.
Free exhibitions are offered to the public
Community organizations will receive free meeting or event space in the heart of downtown Worcester.
Artists will have the opportunity to receive professional development resources
With each paid submission call we offer complimentary invitations to exhibit work for a variety of reasons. We care about being approachable and accessible and want our artists to feel that extension, always.
Help us create a sustainable arts ecosystem that reinvests in artists and the community.
Strategic Alternative for Tax Deductions
Many successful creative organizations create a parallel nonprofit arm or fiscal sponsorship arrangement for charitable programming while maintaining a for-profit business entity. We would like to offer this option to our sponsors.
This allows supporters who want tax deductions to contribute to our specific public-benefit initiatives, while our business continues to operate commercially.
Join us in creating a permanent home where artists, collectors, curators, educators and creative thinkers can gather, collaborate, exhibit, learn and grow. This space will be designed to give back to the creative community for years to come.
Let’s build on what Juniper Rag has initiated with over 5 years and 7000 artists, a strong cultural infrastructure, that nurtures, builds community and supports artists.
