ART SHOP Spring Edition 2026 is a celebration of artists in motion — artists deep in process, artists refining a visual language, artists making work that feels alive, collected from experience, memory, experimentation and instinct.
Curated by Michelle May and Payal Thiffault of Juniper Rag, this seasonal exhibition embraces the energy of the contemporary art studio with evolving ideas, fresh bodies of work, risk-taking, reinvention and signature work. ART SHOP is not about trend forecasting or rigid themes. It is about each artists’ authenticity — the unmistakable signature that emerges when an artist fully commits to their own visual language.
This collection brings together a range of painters, photographers, printmakers, sculptors, illustrators and interdisciplinary creators, offering viewers an intimate opportunity to discover original work outside the traditional gallery model. Presented virtually, the exhibition becomes less about walls and geography and more about access, connection and curiosity — a living archive of what artists are making right now, no matter where they are.
At Juniper Rag, we believe collectors and viewers are increasingly drawn to work with a pulse. Art that carries evidence of life, a place, contrasts, memories, a strange encounter, a beautiful accident are all part of the act. The inclusion of optional studio videos on social media further opens the door into the artist’s world, allowing audiences to connect not only with finished works, but with atmosphere, process and personality.
As virtual exhibition models continue to evolve, ART SHOP reflects Juniper Rag’s ongoing commitment to expanding visibility for independent artists while building meaningful pathways between creators, collectors and culture. It is a seasonal gathering point — part exhibition, part discovery platform, part evolving community — rooted in the belief that original art should feel exciting, accessible and alive and in everyone’s lives.
