The exhibition Creativity over Silence asks artists to respond to the events of the last year and a half through their own artistic vision. Photographers, sculptors, ceramic artists, painters, video artists, and mixed media artists are coming together to address their reactions to our confusing and often angering times. Artists have the capacity to generate new ideas, illuminate where differences and joint passions lie, and reveal truths ignored by mainstream media. By bringing together these artists and their works,  the show seeks to open up a dialogue between artists and between artists and their audiences.

A talk on July 25 will bring together artists Bayda Asbridge, Jennifer Carey, Hoang Truong, and Liang Yuan to talk about their personal experiences with oppression and privilege, followed by questions from the audience and a discussion.

The Gallery is accepting donations for Food Not Bombs Worcester of toothbrushes, toothpaste, travel soap/shampoo, baby wipes, granola/protein bars, and gloves.

Admission is free and open to the public.
